If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused / new items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than fifteen days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Replacement of any defective item, will be with the exact same model if possible, unless other arrangements are made prior to the return.

Ammunition is not returnable for safety reasons.

Firearms are not returnable unless defective upon taking possession  and will be replaced with the exact same model. If we ship a firearm to your FFL and for any reason you cannot legally own the gun, a return from the receiving FFL will be accepted. Firearms must be in the same new unfired condition as when they were shipped. All included paperwork and accessories must be returned with the firearm. The purchase will be refunded to the buyer less shipping & handling and any FFL fees.
